Amendment IX to the Declaration of Covenants, Conditions and Restrictions

This amendment allowed for solid core siding as an option for home siding. It was adopted in 2007.

Amendment X
to the Declaration of Covenants, Conditions and Restrictions

This amendment allowed for vinyl siding as an option for home siding. It was adopted in 2019.
