Q: How do I pay my dues?
A: Please refer to the Dues Submission and Feedback Form within the Information and Forms section of this website.
Q: What does the HOA do with our dues?
A: Dues pay for landscaping and maintenance of common areas, snow removal, and road repair.

Q: I would like to make changes to my home or property, do I need approval?
A: Any changes to the exterior of your home or to your property need to be approved by the Architectural Control Committee (ACC). There are a couple exceptions so please see our ACC page for more details and how to request approval: Architectural Control Committee

Q: What can I do to keep our neighborhood beautiful?
A: The most important thing is to maintain your home and property. You can also consider making improvements.
Q: What are some things I should be looking for that might be considered unsightly?
A: Below are some suggestions:

Unmaintained yard (long grass, weeds, unkempt flower beds, dying trees)

Untrimmed trees/shrubs over sidewalks

Unground tree stumps

Lawn needs edging

Cut grass left on sidewalks, driveways, and streets

Broken concrete on sidewalks and driveways

House or property in disrepair

Anything but cars stored on driveways (Garbage/recycling cans, barbecue grills, basketball posts, etc.)

Landscaping supplies left outside (bags of mulch, garden tools)

Ladders or other construction equipment left outside
